Once you’ve paid for your order, you can head to the order details page on our app or website to keep an eye on its progress.
Your order details will be sent to the restaurant and the order page will update as soon as they accept it. This may take some time if you pre-order before a restaurant opens. When you place an order with us, you should also receive an order confirmation email.
Where can I find the order updates?
It depends on what device you placed your order on, and whether you ordered on our app or website.
On iPhone:
If you’re using our app on an iPhone, select 'Orders' at the bottom of the screen and choose the relevant order.
On Android:
On an Android phone, press the drop-down menu symbol and then go to 'Your orders'.
On our Website:
If you ordered on our website, make sure you’re logged in and select your name in the top-right corner (or the drop-down menu symbol if you’re using a phone). Then hit 'Your orders' and select the order you’d like to track.
