It depends on what you've got. If it's a discount voucher (10% off your order, for example), start placing your order as usual. When you get to the payment screen, select I have a discount voucher, enter the code and press apply.
To use your gift card, you’ll need to redeem it here before you can apply it to your order at checkout.
If it's account credit (€5 account credit, for instance), go to the account credit page and enter the code. What are the terms and conditions for using gift cards and account credit?
When using account credit and gift cards, keep in mind that:
- You can only redeem them through our website at the moment
- Once they’ve been added to your account, they can be used to pay for an order on our app too
- They can only be used with a credit or debit card
- Vouchers and gift cards have expiration dates, so just make sure yours is still valid
