How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, it’s best to do it as soon as possible. This is because the restaurant or store may have started to prepare your order, or already assigned a courier to deliver it.

For delivery and collection orders, head to the order details page, where you'll see the option to cancel your order under 'How can we help?'

Will I be charged for cancelling my order?

If you cancel your order, you may be charged an amount up to the full order value. It’s best to cancel an order as soon as possible to avoid any charges.

Why can’t I cancel my order?

If you can’t see an option to cancel your order, this means the order is already prepared and the driver is on the way to you, so it’s not possible to cancel the order.
